Welcome to Campground Guides, your digital companion for RV resorts, campgrounds, and local adventures. By accessing or using the Campground Guides MAP/APP, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

By using this platform, including any interactive maps, games, guides, or business listings, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the service.

2. User Conduct & Responsibilities

Users agree to:

• Use the MAP/APP for lawful, recreational, and informational purposes only.

• Respect campground property, local businesses, and community guidelines when engaging with mapped locations.

• Avoid submitting false, misleading, or inappropriate content, including reviews, photos, or check-ins.

Campground Guides reserves the right to suspend or remove access for users who violate these terms.

3. Content Submission & Image Release

By submitting content—including photos, reviews, check-ins, or participating in interactive games—you grant Campground Guides and its affiliates the unrestricted right to use, reproduce, modify, and share your content for promotional, marketing, and operational purposes.

This includes the use of your image and likeness in photos submitted through the MAP/APP or associated social media platforms. You waive any claims to compensation or rights of approval related to such use.

4. Communications & Data Sharing

By using the MAP/APP, you agree to receive promotional communications from Campground Guides and its partners via email, SMS, or in-app notifications. You also consent to allow Campground Guides to share your contact information (name, email, phone number) with participating campgrounds, sponsors, and local businesses featured in the guide.

You may opt out of communications at any time using the unsubscribe links provided.

5. Business Listings & Third-Party Content

Campground Guides hosts listings and promotions from third-party businesses. We do not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or quality of these services. Users engage with third-party listings at their own discretion, and Campground Guides is not liable for any disputes or damages arising from such interactions.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology associated with Campground Guides—including logos, map designs, games, and guide formats—are the intellectual property of Campground Guides and may not be copied, reproduced, or repurposed without written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

Campground Guides is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from use of the MAP/APP, including but not limited to navigation errors, business interactions, or participation in gamified activities. Use of the platform is at your own risk.

8. Updates & Modifications

Campground Guides reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the MAP/APP after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

🎮 Gamification Features, Content Submission & Data Sharing

Campground Guides may offer interactive or gamified features within the MAP/APP, including but not limited to check-ins, scavenger hunts, digital badge challenges, review prompts, and photo submissions. By participating in these features, users agree to the following:

• Image & Likeness Release:
  Any photos, videos, reviews, or other media submitted through the MAP/APP—including selfies, check-in images, or content tagged on social media—may be used by Campground Guides and its affiliated partners for promotional, marketing, and public relations purposes. This includes the use of your image, likeness, username, and submitted content across digital, print, and social platforms. You waive any rights to compensation or approval related to such use.

• Content Ownership & Rights:
  You retain ownership of your submitted content but grant Campground Guides a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display it in connection with the MAP/APP and related services.

• Consent to Communications & Data Sharing:
  By engaging with the MAP/APP, including gamified features, you agree to receive promotional communications from Campground Guides and its partners via email, SMS, or in-app notifications. You also consent to allow Campground Guides to share your contact information (including name, email address, and phone number) with participating campgrounds, vendor partners, advertisers, and local businesses featured in the guide. These partners may use your information to provide relevant offers, updates, or services aligned with your travel and campground interests.

• Responsible Participation:
  Users agree to submit only appropriate, respectful, and original content. Campground Guides reserves the right to remove or disqualify any submissions that violate these terms or community standards.
