By accessing the Site or using any features of the MAPP/APP, you agree to be bound by these Terms. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Campground Guides. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of our services immediately.

1. Description of Services

Campground Guides provides customized travel technology and navigation services for the campground and RV industry. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Custom Camping MAPP/APPs: Branded interactive maps for RV resorts and campgrounds.

• Advertising Live in an Instant: A platform allowing local businesses to list services directly on our maps.

• Visitor Guidance & Notifications: Tools for campground management to send instant communication, alerts, and updates to guests.

• Gamified User Experience: Interactive features including digital badges, scavenger hunts, "Easter eggs," and passport games.
  

2. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise stated, Campground Guides and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on the Site and MAPP/APP, including software, branding, interactive icons, and proprietary mapping technology. All intellectual property rights are reserved.

You may access this material for your personal, non-commercial use, subject to the following restrictions:

• You must not republish, sell, rent, or sub-license material from Campground Guides.

• You must not reproduce, duplicate, or copy material from Campground Guides for commercial purposes.

• You must not redistribute content unless such content is specifically made for redistribution (such as digital badges intended for social sharing).
  

3. User Comments & Submissions

Campground Guides may allow users to post comments, reviews, or other content ("User Content"). These submissions reflect the views of the individual users and not necessarily those of Campground Guides.

4. Gamification, Image Release & Data Sharing

Campground Guides may offer interactive features such as check-ins, scavenger hunts, digital badges, and photo submissions.

By participating, you agree:

• To grant Campground Guides and its partners the right to use your image, likeness, and submitted content (e.g., selfies, reviews, check-ins) for promotional and marketing purposes across digital and print platforms.

• To receive promotional communications via email, SMS, or in-app notifications.

• That your contact information (name, email, phone number) may be shared with participating campgrounds, vendor partners, and advertisers for relevant offers and services.

You may opt out of communications at any time via unsubscribe links.

5. Prohibited Use & Anti-Cheating

You agree not to:

• Use any automated system (including bots, spiders, scrapers, or similar technologies) to access, monitor, or copy any part of the Site or MAPP/APP.

• Engage in "GPS spoofing" or otherwise manipulate your device location to falsely claim check-ins or earn gamification rewards/badges.

• Attempt to bypass security, disrupt service, or interfere with the Site/MAPP/APP functionality.

Violation of this section may result in the immediate revocation of rewards and permanent banning from the platform.

Campground Guides uses cookies to personalize your experience and improve site functionality. By using our website, you consent to the use of required cookies.
